In certain situations, patients may require a care plan with a working diagnosis and perhaps the need for further investigation which can be arranged, as a consultant podiatrist Stuart is able to arrange and review investigations. Occasionally, this may require additional treatment outside of the scope of practise. At Altius podiatry relationships have been forged over many years with recommended specialist UK practitioners across a variety of fields ensuring the very best care can facilitated if additional expertise are required.

Stu Campbell is a consultant podiatrist who bridges elite sport and general practice, working with athletes across all levels and disciplines whilst maintaining his NHS MSK service role. After spending over a decade as a Band 8 lower limb and foot and ankle specialist, he has established himself as a highly respected practitioner, drawing on his unique background as a former Team GB professional athlete and his expertise as a sports therapist, corrective exercise specialist, and podiatrist. His holistic approach and particular skill in treating chronic injuries have made him a trusted name amongst both elite performers and general practice patients.
Beyond clinical work, Stu remains actively involved in education as an honorary lecturer in UK higher education and internationally, sharing his expertise in MSK sport and pathology. He also contributes to research projects and product development with various partners, focusing on practical clinical tools that can be adapted to individual patient needs. His success stems from his commitment to outcome-based treatment plans and a collaborative approach where every clinical decision is justified and shared with his patients.
