Antenatal Services
Kirsty’s antenatal package includes a full musculoskeletal assessment, pelvic floor strengthening and education, perineal preparation advice, and guidance on exercising safely during pregnancy. She teaches techniques such as ‘The Knack’ for pelvic floor control and provides advice on labour positions to optimise your pelvis at each stage. Kirsty also offers bespoke 1:1 Pilates programmes tailored specifically for you that are safe to complete throughout your pregnancy.
Postnatal Services
The Mummy MOT® is a comprehensive 60-minute postnatal check, suitable from 6 weeks postpartum, which assesses:
Posture and breathing
Tummy gaps (diastasis recti)
C-section scars
Pelvic floor muscles
Functional movement
Screening for incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic girdle pain
Based on your assessment, Kirsty creates a bespoke treatment plan which may include:
Pelvic floor strengthening or down-training with biofeedback

Bladder and bowel habit advice
